Job summary

JFS and Associates seeks a Senior Accountant for a large, well-established hospitality organization in Orlando. This role offers visibility across locations and collaboration with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and IT to drive improvements and impact within a complex environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of accounting experience, hospitality or restaurant accounting background, and strong month-end close skills with journal entries and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience.
• Hospitality or restaurant accounting experience.
• Strong month-end close experience, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Financial statement and variance analysis experience.
• Inventory accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Oracle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support high-visibility, multi-location operations and collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and IT.
• Contribute to the month-end close process with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial statements and variances to improve accuracy and efficiency.
