Beech Valley Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support a client in Atlanta, Georgia. This onsite role oversees day-to-day accounting operations, leads the month-end close, and ensures accurate financial reporting.

You'll partner with leadership to maintain the general ledger integrity, improve accounting processes, and support key financial initiatives, leveraging NetSuite to drive efficiency and compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (required).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience managing the month-end close process.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Review financial statements and supporting schedules for accuracy and completeness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial initiatives.
• Maintain and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting procedures.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership.
