Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• 3+ years of accounting experience (Senior Accountants) up to 10+ years (Controller-level candidates).
• Experience in public accounting, consulting, or industry environments preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work onsite in the Boston metro area.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger reconciliations and support financial reporting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Support audits and prepare required documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements across accounting functions.
• Contribute across areas such as AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, and more, depending on engagement needs.
