Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience managing the month-end close process.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Review financial statements and supporting schedules for accuracy and completeness
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial initiatives
• Maintain and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting procedures
• Support internal and external audit requests
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership
• Leverage NetSuite to streamline accounting operations and improve efficiency
