Qualifications

• Experience at Staff, Senior, or Manager level in accounting/finances.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting processes.
• Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Analytical, organized, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting/financial systems.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Onsite work in Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Support month-end close activities and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with operational accounting needs and resolve discrepancies.
• Partner with accounting, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation.
• At senior levels, take ownership of deliverables and guide team members.
