You will lead month-end close, support GAAP compliance, and partner with executives to implement process improvements and integrations. This role offers cross-industry exposure and opportunities to influence financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with senior responsibilities.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting expertise.
• Experience leading month-end close and preparation of financial statements.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Preparing and reviewing complex journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses.
• Supporting financial statement preparation and GAAP compliance.
• Analyzing financial data, variances, and key drivers.
• Assisting with ERP implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Providing accounting support for mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborating with leadership to implement efficiencies and controls.
• Supporting external audits and audit responses.
• Mentoring junior staff and serving as SME on accounting best practices.
• Managing special projects and delivering recommendations.
