RRD Company in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk for on-site responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The role involves recording and reconciling financial data, reviewing invoices, and supporting month-end close processes.

Under general supervision, you will process transactions, post entries, and prepare routine reports. Candidates should have strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems to support accurate accounting operations.

Competenze

• Education - Min/Preferred - High School or GED.
• 5+ years of administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment relevant to job duties.
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience.
• Familiarity with the month-end close process.
• Must be comfortable working with Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP, JDE, Oracle or similar ERP systems is strongly preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.

Mansioni

• Review invoices and statements, verify information and codes, and process for accounting system input.
• Perform complex coding with judgment and as a resource for others.
• Post financial information to journals and ledgers, reconcile accounts and prepare reports.
• Audit ledgers and accounts maintained by others.
• Prepare financial statements or reports as needed.
• Coordinate with other units to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate accounts.
