The role requires 3+ years of onsite team management, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience managing onsite teams.
• Proven skills in training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide the service team’s daily operations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coach, train, and develop service team members.
• Oversee recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training.
• Provide guidance on associate performance and scheduling.
