Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs, aligning with the client’s goals and driving collaboration. You will lead daily recruitment activities and steer program direction to meet KPIs and SLAs.

In this role you will grow and retain accounts, build senior client relationships, price and sell services, and ensure high client satisfaction through regular business reviews, data reporting, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2-5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and increased responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices and applicable laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to strategically plan and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts by building relationships with key client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Achieve high client satisfaction levels via surveys and reviews.
• Establish and maintain professional networks and industry contacts.
• Present monthly/quarterly performance reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placement).
• Ensure retention of clients while maximizing fill rate and NPS scores.
• Prepare reporting and interpret data and trends.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations.
