Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 0–2 years in account management, and proven skills in relationship-building, communication, and organization.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a daily on-site presence at the assigned account.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and administrative personnel.
• Conduct routine meetings to review performance, opportunities, and concerns.
• Monitor referral activity, service metrics, and operational performance.
• Identify and resolve barriers impacting patient care or orders.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Keep leadership informed about risks and opportunities affecting the account.
