Job summary

Damar seeks a Learning and Development Director to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of staff learning initiatives within our ABA program. You will oversee onboarding, training, leadership development, and continuous learning to ensure high-quality services.

This role collaborates with the Director of ABA Services to align programs with BACB standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and several years

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience leading ABA Learning and Development programs.
• Experience supervising RBTs, BCBAs, and BCBA candidates/students.
• Indiana Behavior Analyst licensure required.
• Experience with Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of ABA learning and development initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding, training, leadership development, and continuous learning for ABA staff.
• Ensure learning initiatives align with BACB standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Director of ABA Services to develop department-wide learning strategies.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to Learning and Development Specialists.
• Maintain certifications and oversee adherence to training requirements for ABA staff.
