Job summary

Damar Services, LLC is seeking a Learning and Development Director to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of staff development across our ABA programs in Indiana. You will collaborate with the Director of ABA Services to align onboarding, training, and professional growth with evidence-based ABA practices and regulatory standards.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA with BCBA certification, at least three years in ABA (two as BCBA), and experience training RBTs/BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and BCBA or Doctorate BCBA-D required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of three years of ABA experience with at least two years as a BCBA.
• Experience training RBTs, BCBAs and BCBA candidates/students required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives across ABA teams.
• Oversee onboarding, training, leadership development, and continuous learning programs.
• Ensure learning aligns with BACB standards and regulatory requirements.
