Job summary

Damar is seeking a Classroom Program Manager to lead ABA services in a school/clinic setting. You will design individualized education plans and supervise RBTs while delivering clinical and instructional leadership to improve student outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven adjustments to treatment plans, collaboration with families and professionals, and ongoing staff training in evidence-based ABA practices within IEP frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• BCBA or BCaBA certification required.
• Indiana Special Education Teaching License required, or enrollment in approved Indiana licensure program.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements standards-based IEPs and daily/weekly lesson plans.
• Supervises Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provides instructional leadership.
• Lead ABA program management in school and clinic settings; attend meetings and trainings.
• Analyze student data and adjust treatment plans and materials as needed.
• Ensure documentation and compliance across clinical and administrative tasks.
• Support staff training and supervise classroom operations to maximize learning.
