Job summary

Damar Services, LLC in the Indianapolis area is seeking a Learning and Development Director to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs for ABA staff. You will oversee onboarding, leadership development, and ongoing professional training to ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

The role requires BCBA certification, a Master’s degree, and several years in ABA learning and development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA or Doctorate with BCBA-D.
• Must have BCBA certification.
• Minimum of three years in ABA field, with ≥2 years as BCBA.
• Experience training RBTs, BCBAs and BCBA candidates/students.
• Two years of learning and development experience preferred.
• Current Indiana BCBA licensure required.
• RBT Supervisor 8-hour supervision training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute goals for the ABA Learning and Development team.
• Direct and manage Learning and Development Specialists, onboarding, training, coaching, and evaluations.
• Conduct regular meetings to provide feedback and support staff development.
• Ensure consistent learning experiences across all ABA service locations.
• Collaborate with the Director of ABA Services to develop learning strategies and workforce plans.
• Design, implement, evaluate, and maintain onboarding and professional development programs.
