Job summary

Zones is seeking an Audio/Visual Engineer for a 5+ month contract. Location: Hopkinsville, KY 42240, 100% onsite. Pay up to $35/hr. Hours: Mon-Fri, 8–5.

Responsibilities include on-site installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Audio/Video devices and conferencing systems (Teams/Zoom), white-glove conference room support for meetings and events, basic connectivity management, equipment replacement, and maintaining room readiness and asset inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITIL processes and IT service management.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Audio/Video technologies.
• Experience providing VIP conference room support.
• Experience with end-user and deskside support.

Responsibilities

• Provide white glove on-site support for Audio/Video solutions in conference rooms for events.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Audio/Video devices and conferencing solutions (Teams/Zoom).
• Manage connectivity including testing network cables and fiber connections.
• Replace faulty equipment components and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain inventory and perform on-site asset management.
• Prepare conference rooms 1 hour before events.
