Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with PLCs and servo systems.
• Experience with electrical encoders, servomotors, and amplifiers.
• Proficient with electrical schematics.
• Safety procedures knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot photo eyes, proximity and limit switches, PLC I/O and wiring.
• Troubleshoot analog/digital controls with 480V 3-phase power, VFDs, servo drives, and soft starts.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI interfaces; ladder logic modifications.
• Diagnose communication protocols (Profibus, serial, industrial Ethernet).
• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors and production equipment.
