Job summary

Cintrifuse is seeking an Onsite Automation Technician for the 2nd shift. The role requires a HS diploma or GED with a technical certificate and 6+ years in automated assembly covering mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.

The candidate will troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, and vision systems, read schematics, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining safety and quality on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, plus technical certificate or equivalent mix of education/experience.
• 6+ years’ experience in automated assembly including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment safely.
• Maintain equipment to cGMP/5S standards.
• Coordinate production issues with next shift automation.
• Document malfunctions per guidelines.
• Provide input to engineering on machine improvements.
• Perform diagnostic troubleshooting on automation equipment.
