Job summary

Enable Injections, Inc. seeks an Automation Technician III for the 2nd shift on a manufacturing line in Cincinnati. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems, with focus on safety and adherence to cGMP and 5S practices.

You will diagnose and repair PLCs, servo drives, HMIs, vision systems, and industrial controls, while maintaining accurate documentation and ERP entries. Onsite availability and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in automated assembly including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.
• Strong troubleshooting of industrial controls and robotics.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment safely and in line with cGMP and 5S standards.
• Communicate issues with the next shift automation and direct Supervisor.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on assembly automation equipment.
• Document malfunctions and update ERP logs.
