Job summary

Moog is seeking an Assembly & Test (A&T) Technician II for the 2nd shift in Buffalo/Elma, NY. You will perform hydraulic assembly and testing, diagnose issues, and document results. The role requires basic math, ability to follow English instructions, and at least 3 years in a related technical field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• At least 3 years of related technical experience.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and read engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydraulic assembly, test and process-based operations on complex hydraulic components, assemblies and systems.
• Use mechanical and electronic measurement equipment, fixtures and tooling to meet build requirements.
• Work from drawings and work instructions; provide written results and context.
• Set up and run operational tests on high-precision test stands using hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic equipment.
• Diagnose test failures and propose rework instructions and configuration changes.
• Carry out day-to-day administrative duties to support operations.
• May be required to work off-shift hours to meet delivery schedules.
