Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open tickets as needed and assist System Administrators with resolution.
• Run pre-written scripted jobs in Windows, Linux and AS/400 environments.
• Assist with configuring and optimizing alarms and alerts to reduce nuisance alarms.
