Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Stock Keeper to support our wind energy operations at service sites in New Mexico. You will manage inventory, tools, and materials, ensuring parts are available when needed to keep turbines running smoothly.

The role requires 2–3 years in material handling, proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with SAP or Power BI. This position emphasizes safety, accurate ERP updates, and strong collaboration with technicians and site leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in material handling or warehouse roles.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SAP or Power BI and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of parts and tools by managing shipping, receiving, and storage to keep operations running smoothly.
• Track and expedite critical materials to minimize turbine downtime and support uninterrupted service.
• Maintain accurate inventory through regular counts and ERP system updates, ensuring visibility and accountability.
• Collaborate with technicians and site leadership to anticipate needs, solve logistical challenges, and support team success.
• Play a vital role in powering communities by keeping our supply chain strong, responsive, and aligned with our mission.
