PharmaACE is launching an Internal Job Posting for onshore opportunities in the Forecasting team in the US. This role focuses on defining and challenging forecasting assumptions, leading engagements, and building client credibility.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of pharma forecasting experience, strong Excel modelling skills, and familiarity with SQL/Python/Power BI. AI tool familiarity is a plus, with independent engagement leadership expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant pharma forecasting experience.
• Minimum 1 year of tenure with the organization.
• Strong knowledge of pharma forecasting and commercial drivers.
• Strong technical/modeling skills, including advanced Excel; SQL/Python/Power BI is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to lead engagements/workstreams independently.
• Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with clients to define, validate, and challenge key forecasting assumptions.
• Lead and manage forecasting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Represent the company while building trusted client relationships and credibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with client and internal teams to drive alignment and integrated solutions.
• Turn complex data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations effectively
• Own project delivery end to end, with greater client-facing responsibility and accountability
