Job summary

ProcDNA is seeking an Engagement Lead-Analytics to drive forecasting engagements for pharmaceutical clients, translating complex data into actionable business strategies. You will manage Excel-based models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify risks and opportunities to improve performance.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of pharma forecasting experience, a strong grasp of LAAD datasets, and excellent communication with senior stakeholders across multiple therapy areas.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on pharma forecasting experience.
• Strong understanding of LAAD and secondary pharma data sources.
• Proficiency in building and managing Excel-based forecasting models.
• Excellent problem-solving and data synthesis abilities.
• Strong client management and senior stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting engagements for pharma clients with data-driven insights.
• Develop and manage forecasting models for inline and pipeline assets.
• Translate findings into actionable business strategies for cross-functional teams.
