Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Pharmacy and 2 years experience supporting pharmaceutical companies by delivering forecasting and analytics services.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for pharma product lifecycle management, new product forecasting, and forecasting analytics for in-market products and new launches.
• Provide regular updates and integrate primary and secondary data to support business development.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on insights, analytics, sales, marketing, trade, and market access teams, to provide epidemiological, incidence, and prevalence data.
• Develop comprehensive assumptions for data-driven forecast models that ensure objectivity and support P&L development.
• Monitor key forecast assumptions, iterate versions and communicate with partner teams to ensure alignment.
• Identify opportunities and risks to drive business success.
• Communicate forecast outcomes, assumptions, and decisions rationale effectively to senior leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Apply the latest forecasting tools and industry best practices, and proactively identify risks and opportunities to enhance forecast accuracy.
