Naukri Mitra is seeking an Online Workforce Planning Consultant for a fully remote position. You will ensure staffing and workloads stay balanced, forecast needs, and adapt plans as priorities shift.
The role emphasizes clear communication and proactive problem solving across time zones. In this remote capacity, you will leverage analytics and dashboards to forecast demand, align HR partners and project leads, and deliver practical plans that prevent bottlenecks and burnout while enabling teams
Let’s Start with the Big Picture Imagine having the freedom to work from anywhere while helping a team stay organized, focused, and ready for what’s next. This isn’t about pushing paperwork. It’s about ensuring people have what they need to do great work — and making smart calls so projects keep moving forward.
Without planning, even the best teams can run into chaos. Tasks get lost, deadlines slip, and workloads spiral. Your role is to prevent that. You’ll keep the right people in the right spots at the right time, so nothing important falls through the cracks. It’s a bit like keeping a train on track while new rails are being laid.
You’ll be the go‑to person for staffing and scheduling clarity. You’ll:

No two weeks look exactly the same, but you might:
This role works best for someone who:
We know remote work can feel quiet, so we stay connected. Weekly team calls, casual chats, and quick updates keep things moving. You’ll set your own routine but never feel isolated. Picture this: morning coffee at your desk, focused project work before lunch, then an afternoon brainstorming session with teammates in different time zones.
You’ll have:
You’ll know you’re thriving when:
From refining analytics skills to leading strategy, you’ll find ways to grow here. We back our team with training, mentorship, and projects that push your skills forward.
Location: Fully remote
Salary: $109,500 per year
Schedule: Flexible, with some shared team hours
Team: A close group of planners, HR partners, and project leads
You’ll work where your input matters, in a company that values balance and avoids the "always on" trap. Here, when the day ends, you log off.
You’ll meet the team, shadow another consultant, and lead a small project by the end of the week — with guidance every step of the way.
