Job summary

Constellation is seeking a senior operations supervisor to lead the Online Work Management process, including cycle planning, scheduling, and daily execution within the Clean Energy Center. You will oversee a team, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with PRA risk, scope, and outage plans.

The role requires extensive supervisory experience, a relevant degree or license, and strong coordination with fleet and other CECs to standardize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience.
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 8 years of related experience.
• Associate's degree with 10 years of related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience.
• Supervisory or managerial experience
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Responsibilities

• Daily, supervise, monitor, and coach employees to ensure safe, productive work force in compliance with company policies and, as applicable, collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
• Assists in the development of budgets, business plans, and projects. Recommends hires, terminations, compensation changes, development programs, etc. regarding assigned employees. Ensures effective communication of company programs, announcements, policies, etc. to assigned employees and feedback to the company from assigned employees.
• Supervise development / improvement of the cycle plan, the work week scope, and the detailed CEC online schedule.
• Maintain / analyse performance indicators to track the work management process status and identify areas that require action plans for improvement
• Participate in Constellation Nuclear initiatives for division improvement and CEC coordination, working with fleet and the other CECs for standardization and improvement.
• Supervise implementation of standard Constellation Work Management Processes.
• Supervise the screening and classification of Action Requests (AR's) and Work Requests (WR's), including the prioritization and bundling of those tasks into the cycle plan.
• Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
