Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. in Maryland seeks an experienced On-Line Work Management Manager to lead daily online maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring PRA risk and budget are kept within limits. You will oversee the Online Work Management Department and drive process improvements.

You will supervise staff, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with Constellation Nuclear fleets and other centers to standardize work management practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years related experience or
• Senior Reactor Operator license with 8 years related experience or
• Associate’s degree with 10 years related experience or
• High school diploma/GED with 12 years related experience
• Supervisory or managerial experience
• Maintain access requirements and medical exam as applicable

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision and coaching of staff to ensure safe, productive work in line with policies and CBAs
• Assist in budget, business plans, and project development; communicate programs and feedback
• Supervise cycle plan development and CEC online schedule
• Maintain and analyze performance indicators for action plans
• Coordinate with fleet and other CECs for standardization and improvements
• Oversee implementation of standard Constellation Work Management Processes
• Screen and classify Action and Work Requests; prioritize in the cycle plan
• Perform other duties including outage support as directed
