The Role

We’re looking for a high-caliber freelance trainer to deliver Codistry’s training programs to college students, graduates, professionals and more.

This role is about credibility, empathy, and practical experience. You will work directly with our learners, helping them understand and adopt modern AI-driven workflows and tools.

Codistry’s training is highly practical and focused on real practical environments. The ideal trainer is someone who has spent at least 3+ years building real systems and understanding the everyday challenges real software developers face.

You’ll represent Codistry, delivering online training that helps nurture people to become AI-enabled builders and modern software engineers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and sharing knowledge, while staying deeply connected to the world AI and automation.

What You’ll Do

Deliver Codistry online training programs
Help AI Builders adopt modern tools, workflows, and AI-Building practices
Facilitate hands-on exercises and guide participants through real coding scenarios
Represent Codistry professionally when delivering sessions
Provide feedback to Codistry on training materials and developer needs

Who You Are

Native English speaker
Excellent and engaging communicator
3+ years of full-stack software development experience
Strong understanding of modern AI-first development workflows and software architecture
Comfortable presenting and leading sessions online
Self-directed, reliable, and professional when representing Codistry

Experience with training, education or technical workshops is a strong plus.
