Job summary

Morrisons Online is seeking an experienced Online Team Leader to guide and support a busy team in our Nebraska store. You’ll ensure orders are picked, packed and ready on time, coach colleagues and build cross-functional relationships to maintain high service levels.

You’ll lead with a customer-first mindset, monitor picking and despatch routines, and drive continuous improvements while upholding safety and store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong operational knowledge of online order routines and experience coaching teams to meet deadlines.
• Ability to build effective cross-store relationships and create an engaging team environment.
• Excellent planning and workload management to keep picking and delivery on time.
• Practical approach to department maintenance, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Put customers first: Lead your team to deliver outstanding service with a true customer-centric mindset, listening to customer feedback to make continuous improvements.
• Lead and develop your team: Coordinate colleagues to ensure all picking and despatch routines are completed on time, coaching the team to build confidence and high performance.
• Drive performance and standards: Analyse department data alongside the Online Manager to identify opportunities, minimise substitutions, and speed up processes.
• Keep operations safe and legal: Maintain exceptional department standards, ensure full compliance with legal obligations and store policies, and look after team workload.

As an Online Team Leader, you’ll lead, support, and coordinate our team of colleagues to ensure every order is picked, packed, and ready on time. You'll coach your team, streamline processes, and build cross-functional relationships across the store to keep customer service levels high. In this role, you’ll be on hand to:
