Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Café Team Leader in Kentucky to drive daily cafe operations, deliver outstanding service and uphold high standards across the store café.

You will lead a team, coordinate daily activities, respond to customer queries, manage stock and food safety, and work with store managers to hit sales targets while maintaining a welcoming guest experience. As a Café Team Leader, you’ll support the day-to-day of the café, helping the team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards.
