Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and the Internet.
• Strong phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and maintain conversion metrics dictated by projected enrollment.
• Interview and enroll qualified students through phone, email, chat, and other communication methods.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid partners to ensure enrollment activities and student experience.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up to increase retention and referrals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and timely paperwork.
