Job summary

The role requires coordinating with marketing, IT, and financial aid to recruit students nationwide for fully online programs, while ensuring compliance and policy alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of leadership experience in student recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience with an integrated student information system.

Responsibilities

• Lead central recruitment team and coordinate cross-functional onboarding.
• Develop engagement models, campaigns, and pre-admit communications.
• Monitor applicant tracking funnel and optimize conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and financial aid to align processes.
• Supervise five staff on the Colorado Online recruitment team.
