Job summary

University of Colorado Boulder’s Division of Continuing Education is seeking Admissions and Operations Sr. Professionals to design and execute recruiting strategies for online graduate and post-baccalaureate programs.

You will manage enrollment processes and provide proactive enrollment support to prospective students. We value creative, data-driven professionals with program management and strong communication skills who can collaborate across CE units.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of relevant experience.
• Experience in admissions, recruitment, or student services in higher education is preferred.
• Experience with online programs and nontraditional students is desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement online student recruitment and admissions strategies to grow online programs.
• Engage prospective students with high-touch outreach via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Coordinate events (virtual and in-person) such as information sessions and webinars.
• Collaborate with CE Marketing and CU units to run effective outreach campaigns.
