Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and active State Special Education teaching license.
• Must obtain additional Special Education licenses in a minimum of three states (up to five preferred).
• Ability to clear required background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver content in an online environment and manage the learning process.
• Provide instruction, support, and guidance aligned to each student’s IEP.
• Maintain communication with families and learning coaches in a timely manner.
• Monitor student progress and document it via progress reports and IEP goals.
• Prepare students for high-stakes standardized tests.
• Ensure inclusive practices and support for students with disabilities.
