Stride K12 is seeking a Full-Time Permanent Substitute Special Education Teacher to deliver online course content and support students under IEP guidance. The role involves managing the learning process, providing instruction, and adapting to students’ individual needs across schools on a six- to twelve-week rotating schedule.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, an active state Special Education teaching license, and the ability to obtain additional licenses in multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and active State Special Education teaching license.
• Must be able to clear background checks and obtain multi-state licensure.
• Experience using standard Microsoft Office tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver course content online and support students according to IEPs.
• Monitor progress and adjust instruction to meet IEP goals.
• Maintain grade books and communicate with families regularly.
• Coordinate with learning coaches across multiple schools on rotating schedules.
