• Fulfill completed online orders and assist financing partners with required information.
• Process customer payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Balance accounts and reconcile transactions throughout the day.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve payment-related issues.
• Review suspicious online transactions to identify potential fraud.
• Assist customers via calls, emails, chats, and inquiries about orders, deliveries, financing, and accounts.
• Schedule delivery, pickup, and service appointments.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and memorable customer experience.
• Collaborate with store teams, delivery partners, and customers; assist with admin duties and keep records organized.

• Review website orders to ensure everything is accurate and ready to go.

Support Our Team

• Work closely with store associates, delivery teams, financing partners, and customers.
• Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Keep records accurate and organized to support a fast-paced operation.
