Levin Furniture in Middleburg Heights, OH is seeking an Online sales support representative who ensures a smooth online shopping experience from click to delivery. You’ll review orders, handle payments, monitor shipments, detect fraud, and provide chat support to customers.

This on-site role offers on-the-job training and a strong benefits package. You’ll collaborate with store teams, financing partners, and customers to keep orders accurate and help schedule deliveries and service appointments,

Responsabilidades

• Review website orders to ensure accuracy and readiness for fulfillment.
• Compare online orders with internal systems and make corrections as needed.
• Track direct ship orders and monitor shipping updates.
• Fulfill online orders and assist financing partners with required information.
• Process customer payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Balance accounts and reconcile transactions throughout the day.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve payment-related issues.
• Review suspicious transactions and identify potential fraud.
• Answer calls, emails, chats, and inquiries; assist with orders, deliveries, financing, and account information.
• Schedule deliveries, pickups, and service appointments.
• Maintain friendly, professional, and memorable customer interactions.
• Collaborate with store associates, delivery teams, financing partners, and customers.
• Assist with administrative duties and keep records accurate.

What You'll Do

Be the Online Order Expert

• Review website orders to ensure everything is accurate and ready to go.
• Compare online orders with our internal systems and make corrections when needed.
• Track direct ship orders and monitor shipping updates.
• Fulfill completed online orders and help ensure financing partners receive the information they need.

Manage Payments Like a Pro

• Process customer payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Balance accounts and reconcile transactions throughout the day.
• Investigate discrepancies and solve payment-related issues.

Protect Our Business

• Review suspicious online transactions and identify potential fraud.
• Help safeguard customers and company revenue by investigating unusual activity.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, website chats, and customer inquiries.
• Help customers with questions regarding orders, deliveries, financing, and account information.
• Schedule delivery, pickup, and service appointments.
• Make every customer interaction friendly, professional, and memorable.

Support Our Team

• Work closely with store associates, delivery teams, financing partners, and customers.
• Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Keep records accurate and organized to support a fast-paced operation.
