Job summary

Levin Furniture & Mattress is seeking an Online Sales Support Representative to ensure a seamless online shopping experience from click to delivery. You will review orders, process payments, track shipments, and assist customers via chat, email, and phone.

Responsibilities

• Review website orders to ensure accuracy and readiness for processing.
• Compare online orders with internal systems and make corrections when needed.
• Track direct ship orders and monitor shipping updates.
• Fulfill completed online orders and assist financing partners with necessary information.
• Process customer payments and refunds accurately.
• Balance accounts and reconcile transactions throughout the day.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve payment-related issues.
• Review suspicious online transactions and identify potential fraud.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and website chats from customers.

What You'll Do

Be the Online Order Expert

• Review website orders to ensure everything is accurate and ready to go.
• Compare online orders with our internal systems and make corrections when needed.
• Track direct ship orders and monitor shipping updates.
• Fulfill completed online orders and help ensure financing partners receive the information they need.

Manage Payments Like a Pro

• Process customer payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Balance accounts and reconcile transactions throughout the day.

Protect Our Business

• Review suspicious online transactions and identify potential fraud.
• Help safeguard customers and company revenue by investigating unusual activity.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, website chats, and customer inquiries.
• Help customers with questions regarding orders, deliveries, financing, and account information.
• Schedule delivery, pickup, and service appointments.
• Make every customer interaction friendly, professional, and memorable.

Support Our Team

• Work closely with store associates, delivery teams, financing partners, and customers.
• Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Keep records accurate and organized to support a fast-paced operation.
