D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Online Sales Concierge to convert online leads into onsite traffic and sales. You will manage inbound website leads, ensure a positive customer experience across online channels, and schedule appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.

The role requires strong communication, team collaboration, and proficiency with MS Office. Expect typical office hours with occasional overtime and minimal travel for training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and/or 1–3 years related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.

• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; vision requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies.
• Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers online, via live chat or phone.
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
• Enter and update information in a customer management database.
• Qualify leads to identify genuine opportunities.
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis).
• Generate monthly website traffic analysis (hits, source, etc.).
• Maintain knowledge of communities, products, plans and amenities.
• Develop new customer opportunities via telephone, email, and mail.
• Coordinate mass mailing lists and material mailing to prospects.
• Conduct business professionally to enhance goodwill and profitability.
• Overtime may be required; minimal overnight travel for training.

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Online Sales Concierge. The right candidate specializes in the process of converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
• Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
• Enter and update information in a customer management database
• Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities
• Responsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)
• Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
• Maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities
• Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail
• Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients
• Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
• Ability to work overtime
• Minimal overnight travel may be required for training purposes

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or one to three years of related experience and/or training
• Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Provide attention to detail and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
• Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
• The noise level is generally moderate

Pay Rate: $65 - $75K with bonus potential
