Recharged is seeking an energetic Online Experience Guide to be the first voice customers hear as they navigate the EV buying and selling journey. You will build genuine relationships, answer questions, and guide customers toward the right next step in their transaction.

Entry-level with growth potential. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls and chats, staying updated on product changes, and delivering high-quality interactions.

Recharged is on a mission to accelerate electric vehicle (EV) adoption with the first end-to-end e-commerce marketplace designed specifically for used EV buyers and sellers. Recharged is committed to making electric vehicles more accessible and affordable to consumers, while also serving dealers, fleets, and other companies navigating the transition to electric vehicles.

About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and empathetic Online Experience Guide to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first voice customers hear as they navigate the Recharged EV buying and selling journey — building genuine relationships over inbound and outbound calls, answering questions, and guiding them toward the right next step in their transaction. This is an entry level position with lots of room for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with customers, guiding them through their EV buying or selling journey with empathy and expertise via inbound/outbound calls and chat
• Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment where new products and EV technology keep us ahead of the competition; staying current with product updates is part of the day-to-day
• Actively listen to customer needs and use critical thinking to find effective solutions in real time
• Review and verify customer documentation accurately and efficiently as part of casework
• Deliver high-quality, professional interactions on every call.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, retail, or call center role preferred
• Interest in or willingness to learn about electric vehicles
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, patient phone presence
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and learning new tools quickly
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
