Pathways in Education - Arizona, Inc. is seeking an Enrollment and Outreach Specialist to recruit students, engage families, and guide them through the enrollment process.
This role emphasizes community outreach, information sessions, and collaborative work with school leadership and the Marketing Department. The position is full-time with a hybrid schedule: in-person at the Mesa campus two days per week and remote the remaining days.
The Enrollment and Outreach Specialist plays a key role in connecting students and families with Pathways in Education and supporting them through the enrollment process.
This position focuses on student recruitment, community outreach, family engagement, and enrollment support, while collaborating with school leadership and the Marketing Department.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable building relationships with families, conducting outreach in the community, leading information sessions and tours, and working independently in a results-oriented environment.
Hours: Full-time Pay Range: $20.00–$23.25/hour Hybrid Work Schedule: In-person at the Mesa, Arizona campus two days per week (currently Monday and Wednesday), with the remaining workdays performed remotely.
Additional in-person workdays, travel, or support responsibilities may be required as determined by the employee's supervisor.
