Job summary

Pathways in Education - Arizona, Inc. is seeking an Admissions and Recruitment specialist to drive inquiries through the admissions process. You will manage outbound calls, conduct client consultations, and coordinate with Student Advisors to map Program Completion Plans.

Travel to events and community partnerships are a regular part of the role. Ideal candidates are energetic, detail-oriented, with strong presentation skills and experience in telemarketing or admissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admission experience)
• Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing and speak publicly
• Possess high energy, attention to detail, and ability to organize effectively
• Strong presentation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Gmail Suite
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to all inquiries quickly and maintain consistent communication with students/parents throughout the admissions process.
• Complete required outbound calls per day to reach prospective students.
• Conduct telephone-based and on-site consultations to prospective students and parents.
• Review programs with parents/students and advise on admission requirements.
• Ensure admissions paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
• Enter new student information into the CRM system.
• Maintain conversion metrics at each stage of the admission process.
• Recruit students who left the program and assist with educational support.
• Attend internal meetings to monitor enrollment goals and develop recruitment strategies.
• Travel for recruitment events and school-related activities.
• Ensure students/parents meet with Student Advisors to outline Program Completion Plans.
• Create community partnerships for student recruitment and attend events.
• Stay informed of current industry trends.
• Clearly articulate the mission and value of Pathways in Education.
