Job summary

WVNET seeks a dedicated WVROCKS Program Enrollment Manager to oversee enrollment operations, student support, and data reporting for statewide online courses. Reporting to the Executive Director, the role coordinates enrollment processes, student support services, technology platforms, data reporting, and stakeholder communications.

You will work closely with students, faculty, institutional partners, and WVNET staff to ensure the seamless delivery of statewide online learning opportunities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years in higher education administration or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with SIS/LMS or enterprise applications.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollment, registration, course participation, and records.
• Administer Salesforce, LMS, and other program technologies.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decisions.
• Monitor enrollment trends and program performance.
• Ensure data integrity and system administration.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, user support, and communications.
• Prepare invoices and support payments to instructors.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows.
• Collaborate with WVNET and partners to grow WVROCKS.
