The successful candidate will hold a doctoral degree, PMHNP certification, CT APRN licensure, and extensive teaching and leadership experience in competency-based nursing education.

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree in nursing or related field.
• Unencumbered CT APRN license.
• National PMHNP certification.
• Recent PMHNP clinical practice.
• Experience with competency-based education and curriculum development.
• Evidence of effective teaching.
• Preferred leadership/coordination of an advanced practice nursing education program.

• Teach intensive, clinical track nursing faculty for online PMHNP MSN program.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure academic excellence and success.
• Ensure program accreditation standards compliance.
• Oversee daily management of the PMHNP MSN program.
• Develop and evaluate quality clinical experiences for students.
• Participate in recruitment, admissions review, and enrollment initiatives.
• Design learning experiences reflecting competency-based education.
• Advise and mentor students for academic and professional growth.
• Engage in scholarly activity and faculty development.
