Qualifications

Doctoral degree in nursing or related field required.
Unencumbered CT RN license required.
Recent clinical practice experience required.
Experience with competency-based education and curriculum development preferred.
Evidence of effective teaching and service to the profession.

Responsibilities

Teach in NCN work-compatible program for mid-career professionals.
Collaborate to ensure high-quality programs and academic excellence.
Participate in competency-based curriculum development and assessment.
Advise and mentor students to support academic success and professional growth.
Engage in scholarly activities and maintain currency in nursing practice and education.
