Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Andover, MA is seeking an In-Store Shopper to support customer orders for delivery and pickup, shopping the store for everyday groceries including produce, dairy, and prepared foods. A flexible schedule is required, with emphasis on Saturdays and Sundays, early mornings, and holidays.

You will fulfill online orders using handheld devices, verify items for accuracy, learn product knowledge, assist customers, and help maintain a tidy staging area.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Sufficient English language proficiency to prepare and shop customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills online orders efficiently, accurately and with a sense of urgency using handheld technology and/or fixed devices.
• Ensure product and order accuracy through meticulous verification and quality control processes.
• Learn and apply product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
