Job summary

Rutgers University–New Brunswick is seeking an Instructor to teach an online 3-credit undergraduate course, Introduction to Oceanography, during Winter and Summer Sessions 2027. The position is fully online through Canvas, with enrollment coordination and pre-employment screening.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s or higher in a related field; PhD preferred, online teaching experience, and strong communication skills. The role is part-time and remote.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach an online 3-credit undergraduate course: Introduction to Oceanography.

• Coordinate with DMCS and Summer/Winter Sessions on enrollment and scheduling.
