Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Minimum of three to five years of relevant professional experience, excellent communication skills, and computer literacy.
- Experienced in delivering live-online training/workshops/programs/classes via Zoom, Webex, or other virtual platforms.
- Strong facilitation and classroom management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present course material during assigned times.
- Coordinate materials with Program Coordinator and complete necessary paperwork.
- Teach non-credit courses (half-day through multi-day) to adult learners at various locations in NJ and/or online.
