Herzing University is seeking a Manager of Faculty Operations for the Online MSN-Direct Entry program. This role coordinates and facilitates faculty operations, supports faculty development, and ensures high standards of teaching and academic service.

It reports to the Program Chair and collaborates across departments. The role oversees faculty scheduling, onboarding, and resource access, tracks professional development and compliance, and serves as a primary contact for faculty operational

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Nursing is required.
• 3 years of experience as a faculty member at an institution of higher education.
• Online teaching experience preferred.
• Experience with faculty management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate faculty teaching schedules, classroom assignments, and coverage for absences.
• Assist with faculty onboarding, orientation, and training logistics.
• Provide guidance to faculty on the use of institutional technology and resources.
• Assist faculty in accessing instructional materials, technology support, and student information systems.
• Conduct classroom observation process in alignment with SOPs.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive environment among faculty.
