William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business is recruiting a pool of Adjunct Faculty (Section Leads) to oversee one or more 7.5‑week asynchronous course sections within the Online MBA program.

Under the Faculty Lead, you will post announcements, manage discussions, hold weekly office hours, and provide timely, substantive feedback to students. The role is part‑time, remote from Virginia, and requires experience teaching adults, strong digital communication, and a commitment to inclusive

Qualifications

• Master's Degree directly related to discipline
• Bachelor's Degree with extensive and significant experience related to the discipline
• Experience providing instruction to adult learners

Responsibilities

• Post course announcements weekly and engage in discussion boards
• Provide timely, substantive feedback on graded work
• Offer virtual office hours and respond to student inquiries within 24 hours
• Grade assignments within 48–72 hours according to rubrics
• Monitor student progress and notify the Faculty Lead of at‑risk students
• Meet weekly with the Faculty Lead and submit end‑of‑semester reflections
